Sharon Genicoff is a high school counselor in New Jersey where she is instrumental in helping students navigate the college admissions process.
As a former Public Relations executive in Manhattan, her clients included Fortune 500 companies and technology startups in Silicon Valley. Ms. Genicoff’s experience in marketing and public relations gives her a tremendous advantage in her current career as a college counselor and her unique approach invites students to form their own brand as college bound young professionals.
Ms. Genicoff has dedicated time to developing close relationships with admissions professionals at many colleges and universities in the United States. She is on the apex of our country’s college landscape and is always aware of what admissions departments are seeking from their applicants. From selecting a major to completing the Common Application and college interviews, she can help you feel prepared and confident during this stressful and overwhelming time. Well-versed in financial aid, athletic recruiting and international applicants, Ms. Genicoff can help all families and students achieve their post-secondary goals.

Ms. Genicoff is the Co-Founder of Next Generation Consulting. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies. She also holds a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University and a Certificate of College Counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Genevieve M. Allard, Esq.
Genevieve M. Allard, Esq. is a high school teacher in New Jersey where she has been a driving force in molding students into professional young adults through mentorship and career preparation.
A former assistant prosecutor in Bergen County, Ms. Allard’s years of legal experience have afforded her an opportunity to guide students toward building the invaluable skills they need to succeed in college and career. She has perfected a curriculum that improves students’ rhetoric, reading, writing and critical thinking skills as well as workplace etiquette. As an educator, Ms. Allard’s greatest accomplishment is the development of a professional network that students can rely on to secure meaningful internships and post-secondary career placement. The professional network has proven to be successful as she consistently receives positive feedback from the lawyers, judges, congressman and business owners who hire her students and clients as interns and employees.
In addition to guiding students toward their career goals, she also leverages the skills in her program to advise students on the college process. Ms. Allard removes the stress of writing the often intimidating college essay, providing an individualized experience for the student. The task of writing an authentic essay for the college application process can be daunting to a young person, but Ms. Allard has proven techniques and strategies to help college applicants master the process and create an essay that will help them stand out from the pile.
Ms. Allard is the Co-Founder of Next Generation Consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University Law School. She has been an active member of the Villanova University Scholarship Committee and Villanova Alumni Association. Lastly, she is a High School Teacher of the Year nominee.

Jenna Howard
Jenna Howard is a school counselor in New Jersey and enjoys working with students and their families throughout the college admissions process. Ms. Howard has had an opportunity to work in various school environments and understands the rigor and stress of a high school student. She enjoys working individually with her students to help them create a post secondary plan.
Ms. Howard is dedicated to working closely with students through out the entire college admission process. She enjoys building relationships and collaborating on career and college exploration while also helping complete applications and essay writing.
Ms. Howard graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and holds a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. She is currently working on a certificate from the University of California in College Counseling.
